„In good hope“ 2024 (felt, wooden pillars)

Installation: „In good hope“ 2024 ( Felt, wood). In June 2024 I showed this installation in a chapel like room in the castle of Larochette. ( see: exhibitions / Open Art Larochette ). One year later, my first grandchild was born. To celebrate this new life, my intention was to install the structure under blue sky near the big stone sculpture dedicated to my sister Michelle (decd. in 2019). The pine tree in the background had been planted by our father years ago on our beloved family ground. The scene illustrates the passages of life (birth, death), shelter and belonging.
